# Artec EVA

### Artec Studio shows my 3D scanner as "Not connected"

### Scanning is extremely slow and stops after a short period

The most likely cause of this problem is that the Hard Drive on the selected laptop is full. Old scan files should be deleted. A portable hard drive is included with laptops to temporarily store large files.

### Mesh has Holes

### Alignment is not perfect

The mesh can be cleaned up by removing frames of not ideal data:
