This section is constantly updating, if you are experiencing issues with the headset please let us know so we can also update our resources.

Controller lag/tracking issues

Restarting the Controllers

Try restarting the controllers by long-pressing the Vive button on the right controller and the menu button on the left controller to turn them off. Wait 5 seconds then long-press the same buttons again. See picture below to see the location of the Vive (2) and Menu (3) buttons.

Resyncing the Controllers

It is important to adjust the position of the headset in relation to your eyeline to obtain clear vision. Try shifting the headset up higher or lower on your head until you find the optimal spot before tightening the straps to ensure it remains in that position.

You can also pair the controllers again to refresh the connection.

Blurry Headset

It is important to adjust the position of the headset in relation to your eyeline to obtain clear vision. Try shifting the headset up higher or lower on your head until you find the optimal spot before tightening the straps to ensure it remains in that position.

Additionally, you can adjust the distance between the screens to match the distance between your eyes (IPD) by turning the knob under the camera on the right side near the front pannel when wearing the headset. Turning this knob will trigger a tutorial that will walk you through finding the optimal setting.
